Return Eligibility
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, with original tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a faulty item or an error on our part.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, contact us at infoquantumcards@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Return labels are issued only if the item is faulty or if an error occurred on our end.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us immediately. We kindly request photo evidence of the damage, ideally showing both the unopened and opened package, within 7 days of receipt. This information helps us file a courier claim. Once the claim is processed, we will arrange a refund or return. We will cover return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.
Lost Items
For packages shipped via Royal Mail, please allow 10 days beyond the expected delivery date before contacting us. For DPD shipments, wait 1 day past the expected date. If your package has not arrived by then, reach out and we will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for sale items, gift cards, or items exceeding the order limit.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you of the refund decision. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process refunds.
Additionally, PayPal no longer refunds its transaction fee (3% of the total amount). Cancellations made after payment via PayPal will not include this fee in the refund.
Cancellations
You may cancel or amend your order before it is processed for shipping. Once dispatched, cancellations will be handled as returns.
